Dear Friends,
   The time is come for my resignation of the Executive Director position. As I informed everyone last February I am resigning as the Executive Director of Strangers Helping Strangers effective August 1st, 2012. Although I'll still be available to consult and will remain involved in running food drives as well as promoting events, I will not be involved in day-to-day operations or any decision making.
   It has been an amazing 10 years. I have great faith that SHS will continue to grow and thrive and make a difference to those in need in the communities that host the music that keeps us all going.
   I want to wish everyone the best of luck and thank everyone who has made it possible for SHS to grow from the 12 food drives we did in 2003 to the 368 food drives we did in 2011.
Keep up the amazing work everyone. I love you all.
